Dr. Carrico received this award for his exceptional example of a role model, physician and educator. He approached the role of teaching as part of his responsibility and is eager to open his practice and share his years of experience with them.

Dr. Carrico started his practice in 1993 and has been on the medical staff at Jackson Purchase Medical Center since that time. 2. Developed and implemented innovative curriculum, teaching model(s) or program(s) in a variety of educational spheres,
3. Must be a current member of the AAFP.
