Childbirth Classes will be held on Tuesdays, May 1^st, 8^th, 15^th and 22^nd from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. in the Private Dining Room and Saturday, May 19th from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Classes are FREE of charge but pre-registration is required. Class participants will become familiar with topics such as physiologic changes in late pregnancy, warning signs in late pregnancy, breast-feeding information and support, labor and delivery, coping techniques including breathing and relaxation, available pain medications and anesthesia, cesarean section, hospital policies and procedures and newborn care.
