Grievances

We are a JCAHO Accredited Institution and strive to provide quality healthcare. If a patient has concerns about their care, JPMC encourages them to speak with their nurse who will forward their concerns to the proper individual. If a patient feels like the concern has not been addressed, the public can contact JCAHO at www.jcaho.org or by calling 1-800-994-6610.

In addition to contacting the JCAHO, you may also lodge complaints with the Kentucky Cabinet of Health and Family Services at (502) 564-2888.

Patient Safety
