Hospital Patient Portal
Jackson Purchase Medical Center has a new patient portal as of April 6, 2026. See below for information about accessing this new portal, powered by Meditech.
By registering, you can:
- View results
- View discharge summaries
- Review medications and much more
Patients now have the option to self-enroll in the patient portal. Click the link below and complete the information under create account. All info entered must exactly match what is in your hospital patient record.
Patients may also access their health information via the Meditech MHealth App – available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, search for your state and choose “Jackson Purchase Medical Center” to proceed.

Until 4/30/26, patients will still have access to the old patient portal. If you were already enrolled in the Syntellis portal and have issues logging in, please contact 1.800.851.5043.
