Liz Choate, registered dietician and director of clinical nutrition at Jackson Purchase Medical Center, has some tips to help you curb your cravings while maintaining your caloric intake. Peanut Butter & Cocoa Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1โ2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1โ4 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1โ4 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Combine all ingredients. Portion out into 9-10 balls and roll with clean hands. Store in refrigerator.
